Daring to be DIFFERENT

Hey’all folks!

First of all, I want to apologize for not posting any entries for the last 5 months…

I know right =.=

Soooo beyond all that crappy days of mine.. I want to share something special to you guys..

So last week (I guess…) I found a really great quote from my friend. At first, I didn’t think that it would have a huge meaning… but I was wondering what did he meant by that..

“Daring to be DIFFERENT,

Standing up to what’s GOOD”

I haven’t actually asked him yet what this really means, but I have my own opinion.. being an individual is not that easy … (trust me, I’ve been there) especially when you are just about 16-18 years old, someone said that it would be the greatest moment of our life, and some other people would say, the exact opposite. I came to this world without any positive vibe or aura whatever you’d call it. And I felt very lonely sometime. But as I said in my previous post, life will keeps changing, and only ourselves would know what and how should we change it to.

I was so different from my other schoolmates. From primary school until junior high school, I was always bullied; don’t have any real friends, and just living the most unattractive life EVER!! But, turning 16 and now 17, I can see clearly what had gone wrong in my past days. I was just to scared to break the status quo, and just be myself even though it is different from everybody else.

Growing up has never been easy since I have always had this thought that I am different from everybody else. But today, I can stand confidently saying that I am unique and I am one of a kind. Also, standing up on my own feet is not as easy as you think, especially when I have to boost my personality (u know what i mean^^) But, you should do it by yourself because at the end of the day, nobody will stand up for you rather than yourself, and nobody is better being you, than yourself!

So my point is, whenever and whatever you feel like right now, don’t be afraid to stand up on your own, and just be different from the others, since that what makes you the person you really are!

It has been really a while...

So many of you guys knew where I was going last month... Yes, East Java. but I also visit another island called Madura. What fascinated me was the bridge I crossed over from the Island of Java, to the island of Madura...

It was a great journey. especially if you love photography!

Sweet Treats

Hellow my fellow readers!
It's been a while...

with 10 days without any updates, today I finally could post this new interesting discovery*kind of* LOL
On the holiday of Eid Mubarak (or Indonesian is familiar for Idul Fitri or Lebaran), I went to Malang and Surabaya East Java, Indonesia

Mint Chocolate Chips Flavor

It was a very tiring journey.

but that's not what I want to talk about.
One day, after a lunch, I wanted to buy an ice cream. and I passes this little shop called MINI MELTS, and I found an interesting new form of ice cream!!! different in shape and temperature, eating this ice cream will makes you feel how a -45 degree melts, and how the shape helps to melt the ice cream *yummy*

From a lot of flavor, I pick my fave, bubblegum and mint chocolate chips : P
But in the end, it's all about the cost. for me, 16.000 rupiah (or USD1.6) is too expensive for only a little cup of those things #sigh

But whatever!! I enjoyed each and every piece of those bead-like ice cream
So that's just a quick post!!!

Yes. Being rejected is not a very good moment in our life. Even TODAY! I was rejected with 10 other members of my dance crew for the MPS (Malam Pagelaran Seni) or in English: Night Art Show at my school. Many people seen rejection negatively and to judge themselves incapable of doing so. Throw those negative thinking because that’s not what is matter.

 “REJECTION is not the end; it is the START of something new.”

Which means, you could do better, or more experience
So when somebody put a big N-O on your face, just thank them for giving a big opportunity to learn, and making you a better person!
